The indivisibility and interdependence of human rights: a key perspective for climate justice
The indivisibility, interrelatedness, interdependence and universality of human rights have been widely recognized. This approach will have particular relevance for the interpretation of inter-american standards and the development of new approaches to the challenges posed by the climate crisis. This paper provides an innovative vision to better understand this concept of climate rights.
